I accept PayPal, check and money orders. I also accept Visa, MasterCard, and credit cards via phone orders. You can also check out through PayPal with your credit card without having a PayPal account.
Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase. Please contact me if you have any issues.
Paying by check may take an additional 7 business days for the check to clear before shipping can occur.
We ship using US Mail. Most items ship for $3.00, though this varies depending on the size of the jewelry piece(s). We combine shipping for multiple orders into one order. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, so you can purchase items from me with confidence. If for any reason you feel unsatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 7 days to return your item(s) for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition in which it/they were received. Broken or damaged items will not be accepted.
Notification of a return MUST be made by you to Lauren's Gemstone Jewelry within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
If you have a sizing issue with any items then I can work with you to resize the items, usually at no additional cost.
Restringing bracelets is free unless missing components, in which case the restringing fee is applied. The buyer will pay for shipping both ways (shipping items to me and me shipping them back to the buyer)
